I will help you unpack the many layers of triggers you may experience on a daily or weekly basis. I hope to join you on this journey of self-discovery by building a supportive, and safe space where you will learn how to process your emotions and the skills needed to gain a sense of peace in your life.
Once you decide therapy is needed and you find yourself in my office, I like to ask early in your journey the goals you have for therapy. Don’t worry if you do not have any yet as it will become clearer to you during the therapeutic process. No matter where you are in your therapeutic journey, I can help you navigate the process.
